• Faculty or staff member of a public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia

• Students currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia

• Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into public or private Higher Education Institution in Australia.
